1) New Patients If this is your first visit, we invite you to complete your online intake forms prior to your appointment. This allows us to better understand your needs and focus more of your time on meaningful assessment and treatment. If you are reserving your first session, make sure to reserve an initial session.

2) Appointment Changes and Cancellations We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed within 24 hours, or missed visits, may be subject to the full appointment fee.

3) Finding the Right Appointment Time If you are unable to find a time that works for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team will do our best to support your scheduling needs. You can call us at 604-681-9961 or 604-373-7555.

4) Credit Card on File To support fair access to care for all our patients, we require a valid credit card on file to secure appointments. Your card will only be used in accordance with our cancellation policy and is stored securely.

A friendly reminder that all appointments are booked in Pacific Standard Time (PST) (Surrey, BC, Canada) and that late cancellations and /or no show fees will still apply in case of a missed appointment due to the time zone difference.
